On 29th September 2022, I Care Nigeria was invited to attend the signing of the 1st National Peace Accord by Political Parties and Presidential Candidates ahead of the 2023 General Elections. The National Peace Committee (NPC) with Care Nigeria, as a CSO partner, is a non-governmental initiative conceptualized in 2014 in response to emerging threats occasioned by 2015 general elections.

It is an initiative made up of eminent elder statesmen who undertake efforts to support free, fair and credible elections as well as intervene in critical issues of national concern through high-level mediated and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
